What's your definition of success? Success shouldn’t be just defined by the number of zeros on your pay chèque or the number of cars you have. Success, especially when you a woman, is being able to be content and happy with what you are doing with your talents. Self-love, self-respect and self-determination also count as success. Once you have achieved these two, the rest should fall into place.

What does life as a woman or girl look like in your country / city / town / village? Any issues / challenges / exciting milestones? I see a lot of women in unhappy marriages simply because they rely on their husband's wealth. I don't blame them, most of these women are good mothers who will do anything for their children even if it means staying in a marriage that they are unhappy in. A lot of other women are raising their children alone as a result of divorce, or being abandoned by their husbands - these women are looked down upon. The life of women in my country requires strength, love and perseverance. Women and girls in my country are working hard to change the status quo, to get women educated, working and starting their own businesses. We have a long way to go, but hopefully we will get there.

We have been facing issues of having lower incomes and less job security than men and also women remained underrepresented in decision-making positions. We are very glad now that the campaigns have caused the authorities of Zimbabwe to increase efforts to ensure women's equal access to employment and decision-making positions.
